Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary project information.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain up-to-date cost data.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide insights on estimates and project scope.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates and supporting documents for future reference.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Project Manager should have :
