Order Processing Specialist

About the Role

Join a collaborative and technically driven team, where you’ll begin your journey as an Order Processing Representative . This is not your typical customer service role—our team handles custom orders and works closely with engineering, warehouse, and other departments to ensure client-specific needs are met. You’ll start with a focus on data entry while learning our systems and product lines, and grow into a dynamic support role for customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and sales reps through quoting, order entry, restocking, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot client-specific inquiries by collaborating with internal departments.
• Deliver accurate and timely responses using Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
• Enter and manage custom orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Learn and navigate SAP and internal systems to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with engineering, warehouse, and other teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53 / hr.
