Restaurant Manager – £45,000 per year (£865 per week)

Northampton Area – 37.5 hours per week

Our client offers a unique hospitality experience close to the iconic Silverstone racetrack. Our grill-driven restaurant serves international dishes with a British soul, creating an exciting all-day dining destination for motorsport enthusiasts and visitors alike.

We're looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence in one of the UK's most thrilling hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage daily operations, including quality control and health & safety compliance
  • Drive sales through effective upselling and promotions
  • Collaborate with hotel and event teams to ensure smooth guest experiences

    • What we're looking for

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience within 4 or 5-star venues
  • Passion for food and beverage quality with a hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Personal Alcohol Licence preferred; clean UK driving licence essential
