We Are Seeking a System Analyst to Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Connecticut. This role will involve working in an Agile environment to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions for complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Healthcare domain systems, Agile methodologies, and Oracle SQL.

Location : Connecticut State (Hybrid / On-site)

Duration : 6 months Job Description

As a System Analyst at Trilyon, Inc. , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will translate user needs into system requirements, support development activities, and ensure that the delivered solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform the role and responsibilities of a System Analyst within Agile project teams.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define system requirements.

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.

Work on end-to-end system integration, data mapping, and validation activities.

Utilize Oracle SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Support Healthcare projects by ensuring compliance with domain-specific standards and practices.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, documentation, and backlog management.

Ensure system deliverables meet functional and technical expectations.

Required Experience :

Proven experience as a System Analyst in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Healthcare domain workflows and regulations.

Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation and analysis.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team.
