Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location : Hybrid - 75% remote / 50% onsite in Massachusetts or Connecticut
Employment Type : Direct Hire

What will the Windows Systems Analyst do?
Administer and maintain Active Directory environments across hybrid infrastructureDesign and configure internal and external Windows serversDevelop and enforce cybersecurity standards for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Manage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, SharePoint, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-VMaintain technical documentation and asset configurationsProvide after-hours support and mentor junior IT team membersWhat the company needs in a Windows Systems Analyst :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in IT administrationStrong knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and LDAPProficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange OnlineExperience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platformsPowerShell and scripting capabilitiesFamiliarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworksStrong communication skills and attention to documentationBonus Points :
