Pricing Analyst
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will analyze pricing data, drive decision-making in alignment with broader analytics and company initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally both inside analytics and across the company.
What You'll Do
- Lead pricing modeling and analysis using sales, promotional landscape, competitor pricing and market trends to develop and recommend effective pricing strategies
- Implement and stress-test variety of dynamic pricing models (rule-based, statistical, ML / DL-based, non-linear optimizations) and strategies that align with revenue goals, margin targets and market positioning
- Conduct regular competitive pricing analyses to understand the market position and adjust pricing strategies as needed
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor promotions to stay informed of market shifts
- Utilize pricing and financial software to gather, analyze and interpret pricing performance data
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate pricing impacts, trends and opportunities to key stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandising and pricing teams

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related fieldProven experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in the retail sectorStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, BI toolsExperience with pricing optimization software and knowledge of pricing modelsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesPreferred
Knowledge of retail pricing and merchandising processesFamiliarity with ERP and pricing software solutionsExperience in dynamic or competitive pricing environments
