Position Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting functions for our property management operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple entities and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

Prepare monthly financial reports for management and property owners

Track rent collections, deposits, and tenant balances

Assist with budgeting and forecasting for each property

Support year-end audits and tax preparation activities

Qualifications :

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
