Position : Full Charge Bookkeeper
Reports To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary
The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing timely reports to support the Finance department. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
Maintain accurate financial records including A / P, A / R, and general ledger; reconcile accounts payable entries
Prepare journal entries and ensure timely completion of monthly closing and reporting deadlines
Generate wholesale invoices and coordinate with Sales and Vault teams as needed
Produce and follow up on weekly past-due A / R reports; manage collections
Ensure revenue, COGS, and expenses are recorded per IRS 280E guidelines
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with all federal and state wage and hour laws
Collaborate with the CFO on process improvements and special projects
Provide cross-functional support to Finance and HR teams as needed
Complete additional assignments as directed by the CFO
Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (high school diploma required)
3-5 years of accounting experience with strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on financial operations
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
