Associate Attorney - Immigration and Criminal Law

Salary : $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic matters, family law, and personal injury cases.
- Handle daily court appearances, including virtual hearings, adjusting to varied schedules seamlessly.
- Conduct comprehensive client intakes and consultations, maintaining proactive and ongoing communication.
- Manage all aspects of case documentation, including discovery, case files, and related records.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents while securing necessary records, such as medical and legal files.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure thorough legal support and case management.
- Pursue continuous professional development through targeted on-the-job training programs.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Must possess an active bar license in New Jersey or be close to obtaining bar admission in the state.Strong familiarity with the operations and procedures of court systems.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Proven capability for high-level communication and client relationship management.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment.Preferred Qualifications
