US Immigration Attorney - Associate / Senior Associate - US at Vialto Partners. As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will advise corporate clients, develop immigration strategies, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations to support employees and their families.

Your Role & Impact

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.
