An established law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney with over three years of business immigration experience to join its New York, NY, or Roseland, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of employment-based immigration cases for corporate clients in a respected and well-established firm environment.

About the Role

This full-time attorney position involves managing a broad caseload of immigration matters, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, H-1B, H2B, L-1, E-1, E-2, and O-1 cases. The firm is known for providing personalized, high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals while maintaining a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle diverse business immigration matters with minimal supervision.
• Prepare, review, and file petitions and applications for employment-based visas and permanent residency.
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout the case process.
• Oversee case files to ensure timely processing and compliance with immigration procedures.
• Work closely with employers, HR representatives, and foreign nationals to gather and verify necessary documentation.
• Provide legal guidance to clients on U.S. immigration policies and compliance strategies.
