Arper USA, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Arper SpA (Italy) with showrooms and teams in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles, a network of Independent Representatives, and a manufacturing facility and customer care organization in High Point, North Carolina. We have a showroom and a team in Mexico City and dealers in most Central and South American markets.
We are an Italian design company with a long-standing presence in the Americas. We work with the A&D and dealer communities to win specifications in commercial interiors, in workplace, hospitality and higher education.

Title : Marketing Manager, Americas
Reports to : CEO Arper Americas
Location : New York City (preferred), Chicago (considered) – hybrid, 3 days+ in the office
Salary Range : $75-95K
The Marketing Manager, Americas defines and implements the local Marketing strategy for the Americas region according to local needs and market conditions. This position reports to the CEO of Arper Americas, indirectly reporting to the CMO of Arper SpA and liaising closely with the Corporate Marketing department in Italy to ensure that all plans and activities align with the overall Global Marketing Strategy.
This position is an individual contributor and part of the Arper Americas Management Team, a close-knit and agile group where each member takes a hands-on approach and embraces a variety of responsibilities. The team is focused on demand generation and acquiring new customers to grow market share.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager defines and drives all branding and commercial activities for customer lead nurturing. Collaborating with Brand Marketing, the digital, social, and creative teams, this position ensures consistent and flawless execution. The Marketing Manager defines and monitors budgets, expenses and KPIs.
