The Role We’re looking for a Global Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our corporate clients, global housing partners, and internal teams.
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end sourcing and housing needs of assigned accounts, ensuring solutions are tailored, profitable, and brand-aligned .
You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, negotiating favorable vendor agreements, and driving client satisfaction through operational excellence.
What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned global accounts, delivering consultative support and housing solutions.
Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, account reviews, and long-term partnership strategies.
Source and secure accommodations globally, selecting appropriate partners and negotiating competitive rates and terms.
Manage the booking lifecycle, including proposals, contracts, DocuSign leases, and client communications.
Collaborate with internal teams—Operations, Guest Services, Accounting, Sales—to ensure seamless service delivery.
Anticipate client needs, resolve service concerns, and maintain alignment with brand standards and profitability goals.
Conduct property tours and inspections to ensure readiness and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate data and reporting across Salesforce, Oscar, and internal systems.
Stay current on industry trends and participate in professional development to continuously strengthen expertise.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry certification (CRP, GMS, CHPA) preferred 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate housing, mobility, hospitality, or a related field with a global client base Proven success in managing complex client relationships and delivering tailored housing solutions Strong negotiation skills with experience securing favorable pricing and contract terms Financial acumen with the ability to calculate rates, margins, and pricing structures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce; familiarity with Oscar is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a strong asset Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Willingness to travel for client meetings, vendor visits, trade shows, and market tours Why Join Us A dynamic role at the intersection of global travel, hospitality, and client relationship management Entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where you can make an impact Opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest independent players in the corporate housing industry Work for a certified LGBTQ+-owned business that celebrates diversity and community Furnished Quarters is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
