The office of FitzGerald Kreditor Bolduc Risbrough LLP in Irvine, California is looking for a dynamic lawyer with 6-8 years of experience with a strong background in civil litigation including employment, business, and real estate matters, that is eager to learn and grow with the firm's litigation practice.

• Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, legal research, drafting documents such as discovery, motions, briefs, etc., preparing deposition outlines / summaries, court appearances, trial preparation and trial. Experience in both Federal and State courts is preferred with knowledge of filing requirements and litigation deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with lead attorneys and support staff, and have a positive can do attitude. We are seeking a candidate with a balanced way of thinking about legal issues, and an ability to think critically.
