Robert Half is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our client on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and draft various motions, including motions to compel and motions in limine.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing documents, evidence, and case files.
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Review and analyze case briefs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Ensure all legal documentation is properly organized and filed.
• Licensed attorney with active CA bar admission.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including trial preparation.
• Proficiency in drafting motions and legal briefs.
• Strong understanding of discovery processes and procedures.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Familiarity with deposition processes is a plus, though not required.
