Key Responsibilities :
Process Engineer (Materials Engineer)
Works with the process of parts, including mold setup, gate design, solidification modeling, standard practice development, heat treat parameters, giving good technical service to customers, and working with suppliers on quality. Optimize processes and process materials (including wax, ceramic, Ferrous, Aluminum, and some nickel and cobalt alloys) to ensure high-quality castings.
Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)
Handles new product launches, managing projects from the design stage, all the way through shipping. Including tooling, fixtures, gauging, production routings, schedules, dimensional approval, costs, profitability, and customer contact / correspondence. While working with customers on the part design, rapid prototyping, tooling (fixturing & gauging), dimensional approval, production routings, schedules, cost, profitability, and finishing processes.
Manufacturing Engineer (Industrial Engineer)
Supporting the engineering needs of the customers on all existing production products. Handles new part launches, ensuring the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with the company's quality standards and customer delivery needs. Manage projects from the design stage, all the way through shipping. Including tooling, fixtures, gauging, production routings, schedules, dimensional approval, costs, profitability, and customer contact.
