Director Of Community Engagement
This role represents the organization as a community ambassador, fostering relationships, enhancing brand awareness with community partners and referral sources. It is accountable for the performance of assigned practices, participation in strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The position also identifies underserved populations, develops initiatives to improve access, collaborates with teams to address service gaps, and monitors outreach efforts for continuous improvement.

As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot and TB test between the months of October - March to further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications, but approval is not always guaranteed.
