Position Brief :

• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Provide individual and small-group counseling tailored to student needs.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of 504 Plans and interventions.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and positive mental health practices throughout the school community.
• Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments to guide individualized supports.
• Collaborate closely with administrators, educators, families, and support staff to address barriers to learning.

Requirements

Qualifications for this position include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in assessment, consultation, and collaboration, with prior experience working with adolescents in a school setting preferred.
