Job Overview

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to coordinate and handle less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs, contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy, and tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter.

• Coordinate and handle the less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs
• Contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy
• Tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter
• Run queries and be adept at using PEL, PW
• Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs
• Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements
• Familiarity with InDesign and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.
