As a Guest Sales Specialist, youll play a key role in growing our membership base and helping guests choose the wash package that best fits their needs. Youll also contribute to our positive team culture and the smooth, safe operation of our site.

If you're confident, love talking to people, and are motivated by goals, incentives, and being part of a team thats going placesthis role is for you.

What Youll Do

  • Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
  • Promote Tommy Club memberships and guide guests toward higher-tier wash options
  • Communicate the value of our services clearly and persuasively
  • Support guests in using our technology and navigating the site
  • Contribute to site operations, cleanliness, and safety
  • Perform other team duties as needed

What Were Looking For

  • Outgoing and goal-driven personality
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort with learning and using technology
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work indoors / outdoors in all weather
  • Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
