Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing all incoming leads, following up promptly, and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, and text. This position is mostly remote, with flexible hours, and is critical to ensuring a smooth client experience from first contact to booking.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and respond to all incoming leads in a timely manner
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or text to answer questions and provide information
- Schedule appointments and consultations, ensuring accuracy in the calendar system
- Follow up with warm leads who have not yet booked
- Maintain detailed notes and updates in the CRM or lead management system
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure every interaction is professional and welcoming
- Collaborate with the clinical and front desk teams to ensure smooth handoffs after booking
- Report regularly on lead activity, conversion rates, and appointment scheduling metrics
Qualifications
