Compensation : $86,000 - $98,000 salary commensurate with experience

Shift Type : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm (Flexible)

Summary

The Physical Therapist ("PT") is responsible for evaluating / assessing the needs of our patients and formulating treatment plans in the home care environment. A PT provides therapy services, including the creation and administration of care plans, as well as oversees physical therapy assistants. A PT must work collaboratively across the internal interdisciplinary care team, physicians, and other stakeholders in our patient's care.
