Your Role

This role will be responsible for providing technical, management, and staff support for a variety of infrastructure-related projects, primarily involving the planning and design of water / wastewater / stormwater pipelines, treatment facilities, pump stations, and storage facilities.

Candidates should be skilled in managing multiple priorities, organizing time and projects, tracking budgets and meeting deadlines. Additional duties include :

• Lead and manage the execution of projects from conceptual planning phases through final design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain existing client relationships and help develop new client and project opportunities.
• Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects.
• Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues, and interface with other disciplines.
• Provide construction support services. Perform engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications, and coordinating with the design team.
• Make independent assessment of engineering problems and recommend solutions to engineering discipline leads, resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost effective and compliant manner.
• Achieve financial targets in relation to project profitability and utilization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
