The ideal candidate will have one to two years' experience. This role will support the managing attorney with residential real estate closings, conducting title review and clearance.
Primary Role
- Conduct residential closings with warmth, efficiency, competence and confidence
- Perform title review and clearance
- Serve as support to office managing attorney
- Serve as resource and support for staff, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Assist with closings in other offices as necessary
- Serve as firm ambassador
- Attend events with real estate agents and other industry partners
