Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Pool Gate Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Pay scale : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.

General Purpose :

Ensures safety and security of members and employees of the facility.

Essential Duties :

• Observe persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities and respond to security-related complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees.
• Conduct routine walk-arounds of the property at scheduled and random times.
• Ensure that doors are locked and property is secure.
• Respond to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Document details and advise management.
• Maintain logs and reports of all related activities.
• Provide security coverage for special events and programs.
• Enforce all rules and regulations set forth by the facility.
• Identify and correct any safety hazards.
• Perform light maintenance duties including changing locks and light bulbs.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
