CPA Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant, Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain accounting procedures related to revenue transactions

Own the month-end close process and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries

Enhance accounting operations to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and US GAAP requirements

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in the accounting profession

Big 4 accounting firm experience strongly preferred

BA or BS degree in accounting, business administration, or economics preferred

CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification is strongly preferred

Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems is a plus
