AGILE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL LEAD ( PERMANENT / Direct Hire )

LOCATION : DES MOINES IOWA Hybrid in office weekly 2 days / week

Permanent Hire

    • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS AGILE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL LEAD  :

  • Will be leading in this Agile environment where you'll get to work on a wide range of projects and won't be silo'ed! .
  • Lead technical projects
  • Improve Agile processes with deployment processes,
  • Work on .NET solutions, keep developers accountable for moving project tasks & stories forward
  • Lead Tech Modernization projects
  • Mentor more junior developers!
  • You will work in a small sized team environment where you will get to develop on challenging projects, and be surrounded by Innovative developers who have a fun, collaborative, and productive team dynamic and culture!

    • WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED :

  • Experience Leading projects and the ability to lead technical projects and build technical credibility with developers
  • Agile experience
  • Previous Hands on Experience Software & Application Development
  • CI / CD Pipeline experience
  • 2 year or 4 year degree is Preferred (Prefer Computer Science or similar)
