The Role :

• The Sanitation Utility will follow the Ardent Mills core values of Trust, Serving, Simplicity and Safety
• The Sanitation Utility is responsible for general sanitation duties including the disassembly, cleaning / sanitation and reassembly of processing equipment
• Must be able to work in various conditions and different heights
• Must be able to read, follow and retain detailed instructions for numerous different tasks and maintain records according to instructions
• Must be mindful at all times of personal safety and the safety of those working in the same area and adhere to all safety rules at all times
• Must keep food safety in mind at all times while performing cleaning procedures
• Able to cross-train for assistance in other departments as needed

Competitive Compensation : We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. The starting range for this position is $15.70 - $20.91, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 5% Annual.
