Ethics & Compliance Operations Manager

We are seeking an Ethics & Compliance Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational effectiveness of the company's Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. This role ensures that key ethics & compliance processes run efficiently, and ethics & compliance data is accurately tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of the Ethics & Compliance program, including the case management system, hotline administration, training platforms, third party management systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Serve as the point of contact for E&C technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, user support, and vendor management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for greater effectiveness.
• Assist with automating current E&C processes to increase efficiency and employee compliance.
• Track and analyze E&C data and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Responsible for intake, triage and assignment of matters reported to Ethics & Compliance.
• Coordinate ethics & compliance policy lifecycle management.
• Support the deployment of our global E&C training and communications initiatives, including managing training completion tracking and reporting.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : $97,750.00 - $115,000.00.
