Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations while leading the development of a comprehensive incident review process

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement incident tracking technology and deliver training on incident management

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Significant experience in incident management and quality assurance in a healthcare or non-profit setting

Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement

Strong financial management skills, including budget development and P&L responsibility

Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for monitoring program performance
