Warren Wilson College (WWC) invites nominations and applications for the position of Provost and Dean of the Faculty (Provost), the College's chief academic officer, and a key member of the senior leadership team. The Provost provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of academic affairs, ensuring that WWC's academic vision remains bold, relevant, and deeply aligned with the College's mission.

The Provost will :

• Lead and support the faculty in advancing excellence in teaching, scholarship, and creative practice.
• Guide curriculum development integrating liberal arts with experiential learning and the work program.
• Foster academic innovation while safeguarding the values of shared governance and inclusive decision-making.
• Strengthen the College's commitment to inclusive excellence across all aspects of academic life.
• Oversee academic programs, the library, the work program, and student academic support services.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for the liberal arts in the 21st century.
• Serve as second in command to the President.
