Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager will take ownership of our online retail operations, driving performance across Amazon USA, Amazon Canada, and Shopify. You’ll collaborate with 3PL partners, oversee imports / exports, manage freight and drayage logistics, run profitability analysis, and build SOPs and systems that set us up for scale. This is a contract-to-hire role with an initial 3–6 month contract period . If clear success is demonstrated in this role, the position will transition into a full-time role with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) .

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily operations for Amazon USA, Amazon Canada, and Shopify channels.
• Oversee imports / exports including HTS classification, customs compliance, and working with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate drayage, ocean / air shipments, and organize optimal LTL freight strategies to reduce costs and improve lead times.
• Track and process duty drawbacks, ensuring compliance and capturing savings opportunities.
• Oversee inventory control and forecasting, SKU database management, and replenishment strategies to stay ahead of demand.
• Build and maintain scalable systems and SOPs, leveraging project management software such as Notion to organize workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
