Project Coordinator

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Installation

• . This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects by managing crew schedules, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to operational excellence.
• Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination
• Develop and maintain installation schedules, assigning crews and managing start times under the direction of Project Managers (PMs).
• Manage the installation calendar, including job notes, internal resource links, and relevant updates.
• Client Communication
• Coordinate installation and delivery schedules with clients via email, following PM guidance.
• Confirm job details such as location, room numbers, access times, and contact information.
• Data Management & System Updates
• Update internal systems with accurate client and project data.
• Process orders and input data into pick lists, quoting systems, and project management software within 24 hours.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Ensure installers upload job completion notes and photos promptly.
• Maintain organized records related to installation schedules and project details.
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in daily internal project meetings.
• Work closely with PMs to execute their strategic vision for the installation calendar.
• Follow all directives issued by PMs.
• Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in at least one scheduling software and project management tool.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
