Senior HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical HR functions, including performance management, compliance, talent acquisition, HR systems management, and employee separations. This role will involve partnering with managers across the organization to ensure seamless HR operations, from recruitment to offboarding, while driving compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Management :
Oversee and manage the annual goal-setting process to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Compliance and Employee Relations :
Administer the disciplinary action process, ensuring all actions are documented and comply with company policies and legal standards.
Talent Acquisition :
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the organization, from sourcing to hiring.
HR Systems :
Manage employee data changes in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely updates related to hires, job changes, promotions, and exits.
Exit and Separation :
Manage the employee separation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
