How You'll Make An Impact

• Contribute innovative electrical design ideas to R&D projects
• Lead or support R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality goals
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities
• Define and execute Design of Experiments to validate solutions
• Document project progress and derive design rules from results
• Engage in intellectual property discussions and risk identification
• Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to optimize electrical design.
• Contribute to product cost out improvements foreseen under R&D projects and dedicated to Jefferson City location. Support development of design portfolio manufactured in Jeff City.
