Job Title : #2 Multifamily Superintendent (Front End - Concrete & Framing)
Location : Oceanside, CA
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : Base Salary - $130K-$150K + 20% Bonus

We are a on of the country's top multifamily builder / developers with a large presence in California and a solid pipeline of projects over the next 10 years between San Diego County and South Orange County.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced #2 Multifamily Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience on the front end of the project - framing / concrete.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Superintendent in overseeing all field activities on assigned multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient workflow.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and recommend solutions to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
- Assist with daily reporting, site inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site.
- Communicate regularly with project management and site teams to relay progress and resolve issues.
- Support punch list completion and project closeout activities.
