What You’ll Do
As our 3rd Grade Teacher, you will :
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote academic growth and curiosity across all core subjects — reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.
Create a welcoming classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to learn.
Incorporate instructional strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners, including English language learners and students with special needs.
Collaborate with colleagues during weekly prep and planning time to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
Establish and maintain positive classroom management aligned with school expectations.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, goals, and accomplishments.
Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional learning opportunities.
What You Bring
Required :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (University Intern or District Intern accepted).
English Language Learner Authorization.
Preferred :
Successful prior teaching experience, student teaching, or equivalent classroom experience.
Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for helping students grow academically and personally.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
