Step Into a Day That Keeps Quality Moving

By 8 : 30 a.m., you’ve organized the day’s engineering drawings, checked the calibration report queue, and prepared a draft shipper package that ensures outgoing product meets every requirement. You’re the operational backbone for our Quality team—supporting the Quality Assurance Director, coordinating document control, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

What You’ll Handle

• Create and assemble shipment documentation packages and detailed quality reports to accompany product deliveries.
• Curate and control central engineering drawings and master quality records within established repositories.
• Issue, track, and recall controlled documents and drawings to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Support Quality Control activities and record corrective action data in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain certifications and QMS documentation to sustain audit readiness.
• Compile monthly calibration metrics; initiate and track requisitions for calibration and equipment service.
• Participate in, and help advance, continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Receiving to keep workflows aligned.
