We're growing, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the lead on lean management, process optimization, and quality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the Lean Champion : Lead The Align Way — direct observation, daily problem solving, and continuous improvement — making lean principles part of our DNA.
• Elevate Quality : Lead weld inspections, quality audits, and process improvements in our metals / fabrication department, ensuring world-class standards.
• Own the Process : Drive the engineering-to-manufacturing release process, participate in design release and reviews, and track KPIs to measure performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Solve Big Problems : Use data and root cause analysis to tackle production issues and implement creative, sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Be the critical link between Mechanical Design Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized designs.

Qualifications

Bonus points for capital equipment manufacturing experience, ERP / project management system knowledge, or leading design review processes.
