Resumen
Estamos buscando un Community Manager dinámico y creativo para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en la gestión de redes sociales, la creación de contenido atractivo y el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing digital. Además, deberá contar con experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de redes sociales para aumentar el conocimiento de la marca y generar leads.
- Crear contenido atractivo y relevante para las diferentes plataformas de redes sociales.
- Gestionar y moderar las comunidades online, respondiendo a preguntas y comentarios de los usuarios.
- Realizar seguimiento y análisis de las métricas de redes sociales para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar campañas de marketing digital efectivas.
- Atender consultas y reclamos de clientes a través de las redes sociales.
