Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and prepare rooms and suites, including kitchens, living areas, and bathrooms, according to the resort’s standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, replenishing towels, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure all kitchen appliances, utensils, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance needs, such as broken appliances, fixtures, or furniture, and report issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Ensure all guest supplies, including toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens, are fully stocked and fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, staircases, and corridors, as assigned.
• Follow the resort’s policies and procedures regarding the use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address guest needs or special requests.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and hospitality when interacting with guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties or special guest requests as needed.
