Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver communication materials to support change initiatives
Collaborate with change management teams to align messaging and strategies
Conduct impact analyses and coach project members on change management principles
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in organizational change management or related roles
Familiarity with Agile principles and experience in sprint-based environments
Experience applying PROSCI or similar change management methodologies
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Prior exposure to enterprise system implementations preferred
