The Grounds Specialist is responsible for assisting and performing a variety of grounds maintenance duties.

Maintains a beautiful, clean, and safe grounds environment for residents, personnel, and visitors.

The targeted pay range for this job is $18.85 - $20 per hour.

Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for weeding, planting, pruning and watering as well as the general maintenance and appearance of the grounds.
• Trim, pick flowers and clean flower beds.
• Clearing litter away from the garden and grounds.
• This position prefers an individual that has previous experience in maintenance positions.
