Join us as a Marketing Representative Professional in Hilton Head and be part of a team focused on selling and presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations experience to prospective Owners and Club Members.
Responsibilities
- Responds to guests in a timely manner and represents HGV's Cultural Values.
- Maintains a positive demeanor with everyone at all times.
- Develop professional relationships with hotel staff and adhere to protocol standards.
- Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications.
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and disposition is entered in the CRM tools (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
- Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tours are scheduled and show for presentations.
- Review production reports and notify the manager of any challenges.
- Follow gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
- Maintain established Minimum Performance Standard on a monthly basis.
- Provide information to Fulfillment Department to assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
