Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the PHLCVB's marketing initiatives. Working under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Specialist will oversee day-to-day advertising workflows, contribute creative ideas, manage project timelines, and serve as a liaison with vendors and internal teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising Campaign Support

• Support development and execution of paid media plans in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Manage trafficking of advertising assets and confirming placement activations.
• Monitor and track campaign performance; compiling post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Research advertising opportunities to support future planning and media recommendations.
• Manage invoice tracking and assist with advertising and promotional budget documentation.
