Overview Marketing and Visual Graphic Coordinator – Grand Forks, ND or Maple Grove, MN. We’re a team of engineers, scientists, and forward-thinkers solving complex infrastructure and environmental challenges, and we bring technical expertise to life through clear visuals. We’re looking for a Marketing and Visual Design Coordinator to translate technical content into engaging visuals that tell a story.
Responsibilities Own the design process for fast-moving marketing and technical deliverables — from ads, graphical executive summaries, presentations, and flyers to graphics for client-facing proposals.
Work inside Adobe Creative Suite most of your day — especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop — creating graphics, layouts, and visual elements for print and digital media.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand technical content and brainstorm how to communicate it visually.
Manage multiple rounds of edits with flexibility and professionalism — take feedback and refine quickly.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure every piece communicates the right message.
Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
Strong graphic design capabilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Collaborative in a team environment with a positive attitude
Attention to detail — layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Preferred Qualifications Experience in an Architectural / Engineering / Construction firm
1 to 5 years of experience
Experience using a content management system for intranet / web updates
Videography and video production experience
Photography experience
Physical Qualifications Office-based with typical duties requiring mobility
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting
Occasional lifting of light to moderate weight
Prolonged computer use and fine motor control
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required; travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays
