ABOUT THE ROLE

The Commercial Analytics Analyst will play a key role in developing and delivering data-driven insights that inform tactical & strategic decisions, drive sales performance, and support the Sales team within the assigned region. This individual will conduct performance reporting and analysis, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and work cross-functionally with Sales, other Commercial functions and FP&A to identify opportunities for growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient at translating data into actionable recommendations, and comfortable collaborating with Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting, Insights & Analysis

• Collaborate with Sales to identify key short- and long-term performance drivers and develop actionable insights that unlock growth opportunities.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with performance reporting and activation recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, customer behavior, business drivers, and marketing initiatives to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks to track performance & activation metrics.
• Partner with Data Science to quantify the impact of commercial activities and guide prioritization of initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting packages with clear and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support quarterly priorities, planning & forecasting, campaign tracking, and strategic planning.
• Translate sales performance data into P&L impact to inform decision-making.
