The Senior Superintendent oversees and directs all Building Superintendents, in house construction teams and outside contractors.

The Senior Superintendent needs to lead their team through their scheduling and project follow-up. This position is for a hands-on manager who will complete maintenance items and supervise others to do the same. The Operations Manager knows and trains all subordinates as to their job and monitors the execution of their job to ensure consistency, order, and quality.

Requirements :

• Understanding Routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
• Manage various projects and workers on a continuous basis.
• Schedule all projects utilizing both employees and subcontractor network to meet deadlines
• Manage, maintain, and expand the subcontractor network
• Aptitude for competent on-site decision-making and team leadership.
