Overview
Principal Advisor Economic, Interregional and Policy Planning — Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO).
This role is responsible for coordinating across System Planning to implement key base business activities, including Long Range Transmission Planning development, long-term technology evolution, and technical support on economic, interregional, and policy planning. The position ensures compliance with assigned system planning processes while driving strategic initiatives that strengthen reliability and support long-term business goals.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $178,000-$200,000 USD annually. Salaries may vary based on location, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, and qualifications / experience. Position is eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. MISO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
