Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Launch and Missile Defense Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Principal / Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is in Huntsville, AL.
Position Overview
The selected Principal / Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst will be part of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapons System (GWS) Configuration Management and Data Management (CM / DM) Team which focuses on providing tools, processes and subject matter expertise for configuration and data management activities across our program, suppliers, and partners. CM analysts are key program drivers managing product configuration baselines (Functional, Allocated and Product) and releases through multiple tools including JIRA, Bitbucket, SharePoint, and system modeling tools. This position also supports the Data Management activities and will require working onsite full-time in a closed-area work environment.

Primary Level Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $130,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range : $108,400.00 - $162,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
